It almost felt like a regular carpet cleaning, nothing fancy and very quick. For that much money I didn't feel like it was very good. I was told it was to give back 95% to original clean and fresh and the end result didn't even come close to that. I had a coupon in the mail but when they got there for the estimate is was so much more expensive than the flyer. By then it was too late since we have already moved the furniture. Just seems like it was a lot if you break down per square inch and per stair. Wish i would of had them break down the pricing before work was done.
