I have a very old flowering vine that was clinging to the fence and the workmen were very careful in cutting away the old posts and no damage was done to the vine. Naturally, I was very happy with the work they did. To find a company that really stands behind their work is a plus.

A bit of communication problems, but all worked out in the end. Confusion by foreman about mixing cement before putting it in hole (best). Confusion about the stepping and where lattice was. Probably caused by us. Only quality problem was that fence was a few inches below grade on my side, so I had to dig out some dirt, especially important around posts. Be sure and get as much detail as possible in writing and get it changed on the paperwork as you go to prevent confusion. Lattice was very good quality.

PSG's bid was less than the other fence company we called, and since our neighbor had used them for a different fence, with great results, we decided to go with them. They arrived promptly at 8am and were done before I got home at 3pm. None of the plants along the property line were damaged. They left our yard very clean - no random nails, sawdust, etc. We were really impressed with the quality of the fence, and how nicely the new gates worked. I had purchased a cheap gate latch for another project and offered it to them for use on our new one. They said that the latch they were going to install was much nicer, but if I didn't like it, they would come back and replace it. They were right-the latch they installed has a spring-loaded mechanism which works very smoothly.

The crew was good during the installation, but weren't 100% familiar with the discussions/plans that I had up to that point with the guy who did the estimate.

Because we had used PSG Fencing in the past and found the work to be quite satisfactory and reasonably priced, we called them again to replace another section of our fence. They came out promptly to give an estimate and to do the work when we accepted their bid. They put up our fence very efficiently. We are once again happy with their work.

The representative came out and gave an estimate, and once we agreed to the amount, they were out within a day or two to do the repairs. The crew was out early in the morning (the agreed upon time) and had the repairs done before noon. Aside from the new fence, you wouldnt have know they were here. They cleaned up all the old fencing and did little or no damage to plants around the area. We were impressed by their friendly and conscientious demeanor. They issued separate billing invoices for us and our neighbors, so we were only responsible for our share. This is not the first time we have worked with this company, we would recommend them to anyone. As a matter of fact, we recommended them to our mom and she was equally pleased with the work and the crew.

They did what seems to be a good job. The fence fell down after this last storm. The company was called to come out and look at the fence. They would not even come out to look at their own work. It turns out the concrete was not poured correctly. Too little around each post and the fence did not hold up for very long.

I got five different quotes, and PSG was the most economical by far. The team was fast and professional and got the job done in a day. They cleaned up all the debris, swept the driveway and hauled the old fence away. They were on time and very friendly. The fence looks great and got lots of compliments at our backyard wedding a month later. Since we split the cost with the neighbor, we got the board-on-board fence which looks the same on both sides.

From the initial estimate to completion of the project, everything PSG Fencing did went according to plan. Our estimator gave a detailed description of the materials, type of craftsmanship and was very knowledgeable and helpful in providing cost estimates -without time delays - for additional work not covered in the initial estimate. The two PSG installers arrived early on the appointed morning, we went over the plans for the additional work and they started tearing down the old fence about 8:00AM. By 4:00 PM, the entire project was completed. The installers were courteous, neat, and their craftsmanship was excellent, resulting in an attractive and sturdy fence, with no visible spaces along the bottom along the steep slope. All the old fence material was removed and the site left very clean. PSG had the lowest cost estimate and we felt very satisfied with the total value. Based on our experience, we would highly recommend PSG Fencing Inc.

They showed up on time and didn't complain that there were still some vines clinging to the old fence. A problem did arise during the fence-building process: the fence started to slope, and it was very noticeable. Initially the foreman tried to convince me that it was nothing, it was because the ground wasn't level etc, but after I put the leveler on it myself and pointed out some other things, he admitted that there was a problem and set about the fix it. They also called the supervisor who called me and I described the problem again. Then they came up with a solution and made it work. In the end they did a good job and cleaned up efficiently.

PSG was great! We got about 3 estimates and PSG was the best value. Their work also includes a 3 year warranty. They were exactly on time. They worked quickly and did exactly what we asked. The end result is a strong well built fence that will last many years.

They were a bit hard to communicate with (returning calls, confirming the schedule), but did a very good job in a short amount of time. The fence looks great and they left the area neat and clean.

The workers showed up promptly at 8 am and were finished by noon. As before, they were efficient and pleasant. The man who seemed to be in charge was fluent in English, although the other workers may not have been. They tore out the old chain link and were reasonably careful not to harm the plants we pointed out as being important to us. I will be calling them again when I want to have an estimate on an arbor, since they do arbors and decks as well as fencing. I do recommend this company.

The estimator came within the window of time given. The actual men who replaced the fence were early and completed the job efficiently. Clean-up was great! Office staff answered questions prior to the job efficiently and professionally.

The work was done in two days. The fence was put up, assembled and put together very quickly. The fence was half the price of all of my competitors. I would definitely give them a call back if I had to. I loved the service.

The overall experience with this company was that they did a very good job. They put up a nice fence for me. They were polite and got the job done fast. The people that installed my fence were very professional. They did good work and gave me a good deal. I think the fence will last a long time and it looks great. I am happy with their services.

WE GOT A FEW ESTIMATES. PSG WAS THE LOWEST. BUT THEY STILL DID A GOOD JOB. WE DID NOT HAVE TO WAIT LONG TO START THE WORK. THE JOB WAS FINISHED WITHIN REASONABLE TIME.

THEY WERE EFFICIENT TEARING DOWN AND HAULING AWAY THE OLD FENCE AND BUILDING THE NEW ONE. ALL THE WOOD IS GOOD GRADE WITH VERY FEW KNOTHOLES. THE BOARDS WERE PUT UP GOOD NEIGHBOR STYLE AND DO NOT HAVE GAPS BETWEEN THEM THE POSTS ARE SET IN CONCRETE SLOPING AWAY FROM THE POSTS TO KEEP WATER FROM PUDDLING AT THE BASES.
