Quality wood destroying organism (aka termite) inspections. We can perform complete fumigation, localized treatments and "green" treatments. It's not what you use, it's how it's used that's the difference. Our inspectors are NOT on commission! We have an in house crew to take care of almost any repairs needed due to termites or dry-rot. Our prices are VERY competitive and our quality is top notch.

Prime exterminators treated my home for both subterranean and drywood termites infestation. The treatment included tenting fumigation and spraying in the crawl space beneath the home. I was very grateful for their patience when one of my cats escaped beneath my house on the day they were spraying beneath it. Of course the cat did not cooperate and required physical retrieval causing at least a 45 minute delay. Jesse from Prime was very understanding. Thanks Jesse! So, yes, I would highly recommend this company. There pricing was very competitive and the professionalism was of the highest standard.
"Thank you for taking the time to review our service. I am sorry if we did not exceed your expectations. Unfortunately with mobile homes, they are very delicate/fragile and things do sometimes happen. In reference to the Angies list 10% senior discount, that was something we added when attempting to get our "storefront" up and running but never finished it. Our previous account rep from Angie's list was somewhat unresponsive in helping getting things rolling. As a result we had a half completed campaign for a long time. If I was to grade Angie's list I would give them a C- right now."
"I would like to start by saying what the customer ordered was a "wood destroying organism" inspection. That is what we do. Any company licensed by the State of California is required to send to the State (within ten days) a notice that an inspection was made on that property. Failure to do so is a penalty of $2500.00. We (the company) are required to pay a fee each time we send that notification. If any problem arises regarding inspection, treatment, or workmanship ,the customer can file a complaint with the State. The State needs to be aware of any other inspections that may have been done on the property so a proper investigation can be performed. The State does not actually have the termite report unless they request it from our office. Also, any other person can order a copy of the report from the State. They would just have to request it through the Structural Pest Control Board, and we would get a request to send it. We are required to hold any report for three years. A consumer can go the Structural Pest Control Board website and view the dates of any inspections performed on that property (pestboard.ca.gov) We have nothing to do regarding the sale of the property or disclosure. It would be up to the seller to disclose any inspections, repairs etc. to any buyer, if they chose to hide that fact, it would be on them. We just do our job. As far as the fee, it is explained while scheduling the inspection, what the fee for that inspection will be. Payment is not required prior to the inspection. The inspector usually collects the check or the customer can call in a credit card to the office. In this the fee was $180.00, not three hundred as stated in the report, and the inspection fee was going to be waived if we did any work. Our inspection covers any wood destroying organism (termites, beetles, fungus) and items deemed likely to lead to future infestation or infection. If this customer needed something inspected that was out of the scope of our licensing, we would have suggested the appropriate trades (ie. general home inspector, roof inspector, chimney inspector, pool inspector, you get the what I'm saying). Prime exterminators prides itself on performing thorough and honest inspections at a reasonable rate. I regret this customer did not feel she got what she wanted, but she got what she ordered and she got an excellent inspection. This customer had never let us know what she has posted nor made a complaint, so I feel the rating we were given is unfair, by an uninformed consumer. I guess even if you do your job correctly, you cannot please all the customers all the time, although we try too."
