POZAS BROTHERS TRUCKING

My main complaint is with the driver and the attitude of the company. The driver had a large bobtail-type delivery truck. He pulled up past the business, my house and 2 other houses before backing up and pulling forward again. As he did this, he was close to the curb and proceeded to break medium & small branches off my front trees. When I confronted him about this, he immediately placed blame on the business saying he needed to deliver to them. I told him I understood that, but I expect him to be more responsible as a drive and to be careful. He told me to complain to my neighbor (the business) and I told him I would complain to his boss. He said to go ahead. When I called the trucking company, they listened, however they seemed unaffected by my complaint. The response I got was, "Well, he had a delivery there. There's not much he could do." I said he could be careful when he drives not to break my property. I was told he would talk to the driver.
