While Bob was a nice enough person, he was expensive and the work completed was very sloppy. After his work was done, we had a leak in the prep sink, one of the sink's drain plugs didn't close all the way (don't you think as a plumber you would test these things out before leaving a job site?), he left a gaping hole when he cut away cabinetry for a pipe and didn't bother to add a seal around the hole. In addition he over charged us several times for putting a very low quality utility faucet in the garage. In the end, our general contractor fired him and now uses a different plumber for his jobs.
