Electronic Gadget Repair
My cell phone is "protected" by a rubber case. I dropped it from a 2nd floor landing so it bounced on a table and then onto a tile floor. Tried to make a phone call, and received a Sim Card Not Installed error message.
The local AT&T office removed and re-inserted my sim card; Nada. Tried a new Sim Card, still nothing. The man suggested Fast Repair.
I took it to Fast Repair. Steve Kwong examined the phone and said I'd have to leave it. He thought it just might be a bad Sim Card Reader. Called me today to say it was a defective sim card reader and the repair would be $45 plus tax. I said go for it.
Two hours later he called to say it was repaired and ready for pickup.
Works perfectly.
