Graham was very polite and professional.  He quoted me very reasonable prices to diagnose and to recover data.  He scheduled a time to do the work that was convenient for me.  His price to recover the data would have been lower if it had gone faster.  I knew his prices and parameters before he started the work, so there were no surprises.   He fielded multiple questions from me before I agreed to engage in his services.  After the job was complete, he spent extra time telling me about laptops and repair tendencies as I asked him many questions knowing I would be purchasing a new laptop at some point. 
I was very pleased with Graham's expertise and the manner of his service.  I would definitely call him again for PC/Laptop repair work.
