A/C was not coming on.  Repair was done quickly and efficiently.  This is only the latest work done for us by this company over the years.  For a long time, I strove to find a dependable, honest HVAC company, one who would not rip me off like 3 I had before this one.  Pacific Coast repaired a leak in my a/c that was causing me to lose coolant.  A couple of other companies, including the company that installed the a/c,  simply recharged the system and left the leak.    They replaced a couple of malfunctioning micros switches on my furnace at a minimum cost.  They have also replace all our aging duct work and improved heat and a/c distribution.
I highly recommend for efficiency, good work, and honesty.

In hot summer weather, the upstairs bedrooms were uncomfortable and did not cool sufficiently. We questioned whether we should have a second AC unit and thermostat just to provide a cooler temperature for working or sleeping on the second level of our home. As our air conditioner was in good working order, a booster fan was recommended to push the cool air upstairs. The fan would only run in the cooling mode. We have a lot of glass coverage in our family room, making it quite uncomfortable on winter evenings without running an additional space heater and our laundry room has never had heat access and with the adjacent furnace closet vented to the outdoors it was quite cold. The technicians arrived early and got to work immediately on the attic booster fan. After lunch, they proceeded under the house with the new first floor heat duct installations. They checked all new HVAC applications by running the thermostat in both the heating and cooling modes, then cleaned all work areas thoroughly before leaving. It was a pleasure to have such an efficient team arrive on time, have all materials on hand to complete the job and clean up after themselves.

PACIFIC COAST MECHANICAL SET UP AN APPOINTMENT TO COME OUT, AND SHOWED UP ON TIME. THEY SHOWED US WHAT NEEDED TO BE DONE BEFORE JUST DOING THE REPAIRS. THEY WERE VERY POLITE AND FRIENDLY.

PACIFIC COAST AND THE STAFF WERE VERY NICE. THEY CAME OUT ON TIME AND JUST A FEW DAYS AFTER WE CALLED THEM. THEY DID A GREAT JOB. THERE WAS NO MESS TO CLEAN UP AFTER THEM. THE WORK WAS HIGH QUALITY.
