I liked that they used environmentally-friendly blown-in insulation. It also had borax in it and I like their price and they do a good job. They're also clean and on time.

They seem to do a good job. I used them in Fresno last year. They were very helpful in explaining the different options that I had for treatment. They did not say that it was their way or no way. They told me that I could use different types of chemicals and I chose an experimental treatment that does not cost as much. They went around the perimeter and punched holes in the ground and put the chemical in. they punched holes in the walls and put the chemical in for the flying termites. It was not a red hot chemical that they use when they tint the house. So far their service has been very good. They charged $1000 for the treatment where they went around and punched holes in the ground. Then they charged $1000 for the treatment where they punched holes in the wall. Then they charge 10% per year. They come out, do an inspection and if they find an infestation they only charge that fee. I do not fork out another $2000, it would be $200. I think that they are competitive on price. We are still using them.

They are very thorough, prompt, courteous and we feel like they have good services. They are great.

They arrived on time. They were very careful to make sure my neighbors and I protected ourselves from any errant pesticide getting into our homes. They worked efficiently and were done in about 1/2 hour. The price included a return visit the next month. However, they failed to inform me that they would return at the beginning of the next mosquito season and continue to provide monthly treatments for a recurring fee of $69.00.

In early May, I called Orkin and spoke to someone stating that I wished to cancel my service and stop any future treatments. However, they sent someone out again in June and told me that they had no record of my previous request to cancel the service. I also learned at that time that they raised my rate to $84.00. They may have notified me about this by email, but I can't be sure. Again, I called Orkin to cancel which was acknowleged, yet they sent someone again in July and again told me that there was no record of my cancellation request. At this point, I phoned the headquarters requesting reimbursement for the two months that I had been charged, but I was bounced around from person to person until I was told that I would receive a follow up call on the matter. I never did receive a follow up call and had to ask my credit card company to stop the charges. I would never use the Orkin service in Oakland again, and I would look elsewhere before using any Orkin location.

Orkin Pest Control did a good job. There was nothing I didn't like. They were on time, responsive, reasonably priced, and took care of the problem.

They are okay. They are regular pest control service and I don't think there is anything better about them than anybody else. Supposedly they use organic products.

They did a good job for me and I don't have any problem with them.

They come every other month. We have been using them from the last 7 years. They are really caring. They leave a note if there are any problems. They inform me about the status about what is going on. If we have any questions they always on top of things. They are very good.

I just started with them. We live in a wooded area. They came out and sprayed for carpenter ants. After they came out and sprayed there were still ants. I called and they came right back out and sprayed again. I am waiting to see how it goes. They were here when they said they would be. They do not seem to be very aggressive.

The technician who comes is very helpful and very friendly. He is very personable. He suggests me ways to prevent the pests.

I'm very satisfied with them. They call me and let me know they are coming. They address any problems, if I have a problem they will come out and treat again.

I have a regularly scheduled service call every other month. I had a huge ant problem which Orkin resolved with the first treatment. I've not had the problem since. Also, I had some rodents and they will put down--and thankfully--pick up the traps when sprung. When I had a new rodent problem, my service man came out the next day to set traps. The only thing they would not do was retrieve a dead animal under my house. As for overall satisfaction, I am very pleased with the service. I rarely see my service man, but when I do he is very accommodating and professional. He spent time making recommendations about how to discourage pests from entering my house. He leaves a receipt of services performed when he comes. I would recommend them. The $85 is a the charge for two months.

We spent about $45 a month for that service. Our experience with them has been excellent and they have an excellent technician. He is very pleasant, friendly and will come out a moments notice should we ever have a problem.

We have a contract with them and they come out quarterly. We are generally satisfied with them. Our main issue is that their invoicing is confusing. They allow you to pay quarterly but their invoices show some date in the past. We've had to call several times to ask when the payment is due. We gave them that feedback but it will probably be some time before they do anything about it.

They come for free if I have ants between their normal service visits. They spray inside and outside on their normal visits. I like that they come back as many times as you need them when you have a problem. It is included in their service. They are always here reliably on their regular days. They are really trained to keep pests from coming in.

The inspector was great, we didn't have any work done, but he explained everything very well, and he made some expert suggestions, his price was free.

I think they are okay but I wouldn't use them again though. We canceled the contract. They sent this service guy over who tried to talk me into using them again. It was uncomfortable and unprofessional in my opinion. We have used other Orkin's before and had good experiences.
