They were as thorough as they could be without seeing the problem for themselves.

They are independent and was formerly Sears.  We bought the oven for $900 as ours could not be fixed.  A couple of days later, I went on line and saw the exact same oven at Sears for $500 and called Orchard Supply.  They told me to come on down and get my $400 back.  I did.  I give them a high recommendation for doing that.

I'd say it was a very good experience. We shopped around and decided that after shopping at several different places that we would get the best deal at Orchard Supply and they are close to our house, fairly close, so that made it relatively straightforward. They gave us good service, the delivery was very prompt. If anything, the only slightly negative thing was the delivery men were in an awfully big hurry but they got the job done and we were reasonably satisfied with the job they did installing.

I can always find some friendly and knowledgeable sales person at OSH. I used to go to Home Depot for my repair needs. But it seems that HD is cutting cost by hiring high school kids that have no interest in selling or customer service. People working at OSH take pride of their store and their merchandize.

I purchased paint to paint the interior of my house (living room, family room, hallway, and dining room). The young woman that helped me was so professional and helpful and quick. When they didn't get their delivery of the base paint, she called other locations and got everything set up for me. They are so customer oriented! OSH is the best!

ORCHARD SUPPLY GARDEN EXPERTS REALLY TAKE THE TIME TO EXPLAIN HOW NOT TO KILL A PLANT. THEY EVEN OFFER A GUARANTEE WHERE IF THE PLANT DIES, YOU CAN EXCHANGE IT.

THE EXPERTS WERE ABLE TO GIVE ME THE INFORMATION I NEEDED TO FINALLY GROW PLANTS IN MY SHADY ENTRY WAY. I COULDN'T GET ANYTHING TO GROW BEFORE BUT NOW IT LOOKS GREAT.
