I found them at the Home and Garden Show. I liked the product that they carry. It was different than most of the other companies I talked to. I research the vendors and research the products before I buy something. I liked their product the best. He came out, he took a look, he gave me an estimate, and he gave me suggestions on how and what to do. He took out the old water heater and put in the new one. He had to put in some new ducting to exhaust the thing, and he ran a gas line for it. He did the whole thing and it was done in a day. He cleaned up. He just did a great job. I came across them again in a couple of home shows and every time I walked by I told them that they did a great job. If you actually stop and talk to a vendor at a home show, that will actually draw more customers in. So if there are vendors that I like, I will stand next to them, I will talk to them, say how great it was, and say how happy I am.
