Oscar, at ODR roofing is the owner of the company and he is the one who handled all the communications with me for the entire roof replacement of my parents home. (One note is that sometimes he did not get back with txt messages but when I called he answered or returned my call within a reasonable time frame). He and his crew were able to make a reasonable bid, and get the work done quickly and efficiently. Oscar got the required permits from the city and everything was signed off by the city inspector at the end of the project. He came up with a creative way to handle some major rain storms by doing half the roof at a time. Oscar was personable and was able to give a bid that was thousands of dollars less than the other companies that I had come out. Additionally, the clean up was excellent and the landscaping was well protected. I highly recommend ODR for your roofing needs.

Be careful with him, I have a warranty and after the first rain, there were leaks and he didnt come. And he left my gutters disconnected

He's done work for me a few times. He and his team cleaned all the valleys out, repaired the tiles, and guaranteed the work. Fair and competitive pricing. He responded right away, even in the rain, to diagnose what the issue was coming from and fixed it the next day. He was very conscientious, easy to talk to, and his guys are just amazing! I'd recommend him to anyone. Family man too.

Excellent experience. Oscars entire crew was very efficient. They cleaned up every day. They made sure our property was locked before they left for the day. The project took seven days which was fine. The roof is beautiful. I will actually have this company paint the exterior. Since I was never contacted by the other company.

I would highly recommend ODR Roofing, Mr. Oscar Ruiz. Not only were they my most competitive bid, but ODR offered several suggestions that other roofing companies did not such as adding fascia to cover the rafter tails (highly recommend). The crew are all skilled craftsmen and adept at carpentry (which you are sure to need some of). ODR uses quality materials and doesn't skimp (quotes ridge vents vs eyebrow). The job was completed on time, within budget, passed the inspection the 1st time, and looks beautiful! Oscar is also a real nice guy, extremely hands on, and keeps you informed. 5 star!!

ODR Roofing did a fantastic job re-installing our original tile roof with new underlayment. They were professional and met all our expectations. They also repaired the extensive termite damage to our stucco chimneys at a reasonable additional charge. I highly recommend ODR Roofing for any tile roof repair or installation.

From the bidding to the completion of the job, Oscar was on top of things. He is a hands on contractor and he works with and cares about his crews.

A bit of pushy saleman. Work quality was good. At the end, he seemed to be in a hurry to leave with some loose ends. Inspection failed first time. Ultimately, things got resolved. Wish things had ended at a better note.

My only complaint is that I couldn't find any.

Actually remove and install an Asphalt Shingle Roof. Oscar give us a reasonable quote. He and his team finish job in 4 days include replace dry rot. They clean up work place too when they left. I will say it's a professional, fast and clean working team. Good job!

Oscar is an experienced roofer who could straight away tell the problem that caused a leak to develop in the roof (it was due to incorrect flashing at a wall-roof valley). His quote was almost 40% less than what others had quoted, and moreover he suggested the type of materials to use to correct the situation (a torch down roof valley was installed), including corner flashing which needed a one- piece flashing material, details which other roofers missed. The entire crew is professional and take their time to do the job right, such as trimming visible roof nails in the entryway that were not part of the contract. All in all, would recommend.

They were extremely prompt and showed up on time and finished when they said.

Met with Oscar of ODR roofing, went over inspectors roofing and dry rot report with him, and he agreed to do the job per that report. Gave us a bid, which we accepted, and completed the rather extensive job in 6 days. A sunday and monday holiday included in that time. He and his whole crew were professional, polite, and left the property in a very clean state. Very Happy!

ODR Roofing complete their work on time on my project and the owner keeps his word on his afterword service (fast response, quick service).

I hired ODR Roofing to replace my 43 year old concrete tile roof after receiving bids from two other roofing companies. Oscar Ruiz the owner of ODR came in as the lowest bid and also convinced me to replace it with new Eagle Ponderosa regular concrete tiles. The bid also included new gutters and sprouts and replacement of dry rot in the roof. Oscar and his crew finished the job as promised in three days and I couldn't have been happier. The roof looks fantastic and my neighbors liked it so much that Oscar is fixing the roof for 2 and replacing the roof of my third neighbor !!!
