I have used O C Mc Donald for several years.  I call them for two rentals and my own home.  I highly recommend them.  They are prompt to respond with good follow through.  Workmanship is pleasant and outstanding.  Office staff is very professional and supportive.  Great company that is dependable and trust-worhy.  I will continue using and recommending them!

I would not ever recommend them for anything. I think the owner had come out to give us an estimate. The owner didn?t take any of the Hazmat precautions while doing the work. So I ended up having to spend over $2000 for the Hazmat cleanup because of what he did. So I would never, ever, ever recommend him, even if he has new employees. He wasn?t reliable. He was terrible. He transported the items in plastic bags and in an open truck without closing the bags. The tenants were almost getting ready to sue me. The price wasn?t the cheapest that I could have got and it was medium. He replaced the furnace with a similar furnace and he didn?t use the downgraded size which they had that time but I didn?t notice it. They also had downgraded ductwork at that time, which I would have preferred. I was irritated since he charged me a lot of money and he didn?t even provide the best product. The experience was lousy. He was very unresponsive when I called him with my complaint. He did not pay for the Hazmat work. He refused to believe that he had done anything wrong. I could have turned him in but I didn?t go that far. His punctuality wasn?t good and he wasn?t professional either. I would never use them.

The gentleman that always comes out is outstanding. He is very good and very professional, and he always finds the problem and fixes it. The office staff is very professional as well.

Since we have an old 1927 (with only one bathroom) house it was important that the job be completed in the same day. The thought of not having a serviceable bathroom terrified us. Thirty minutes into the job, our plumber told us he had to go back to the shop to get some special parts. An hour later he was back and was able to completely swap out the old toilet with the new one in under 3 hours. The new Toto toilet uses 5 bolts instead of the standard 2 so he had to drill new bolts through 2 layers of tile and our sub floor. I think he used a few drill bits. The end result was a beautifully installed toiled with all new connectors and water hookup. The work was first rate and I appreciated that he cleaned up nicely. We hired O.C. McDonald based on previous work they've done for us. They are a local union shop near downtown San Jose that has moved into big commercial projects, but still keeps a few plumbers available for the local residents who've used them for years.

This is a big plumbing company, I mean they are huge. They are a real good company. They are the best. They know what their doing and you don't have anymore problems because so many other plumbing companies come out and you still have leaks.

They did a perfect job and I am very happy with the work they did. We had a bad plumbing problem and they got it fixed in no time. I will call them for all my future problems. They were a very professional company to work with.
