Their work is absolutely amazing! It’s top notch all the way. They are extraordinarily professional, and offer wonderful designs ideas. Also, they are very knowledgeable about materials and can provide excellent suggestions as to what to use.

The project wasn't simple, and we had a major change in scope shortly after starting which required us to shut down and go back to the city building department (no fault of O'Brien Construction - design flaw). Gary (owner) was fantastic. His price was very reasonable, he gladly took my calls (sometimes 3 times per day), he kept us very informed as to our progress and what to expect, his crew was polite and professional, and he even provided coaching to me when asked as I did some of the work myself.
