We are now putting the plans out for bid, but so far Noel's team has been wonderful. His staff is very good at what they do. If you need a competent architect with over 500 projects under his belt he is worth checking out. The only cautions I'd give are: - He has all the business he can handle, so be prepared to wait a month or two before they can get your schedule any time to start on your project. - Be sure to setup the next meeting at the end of the last meeting, otherwise it can take weeks to get back on the schedule. - Noel's firm does mainly high end work, so our under $1 million dollar remodel is a small project for them. Expect Architect fees to run 10% of your project, but after you see the detailed level of their work and their good taste you'll realize it is well worth it.
