It went not so well. The tiles were Installed not flat. certain tile edges were found broken. Have to beg them to take few pieces off and redo them. Still left few pieces with small chips, as I was told the repair could cause more issues. The floor tiles were not installed according to our patterns. Any minor small change would cost significant amount of additional charge. There was no professional opinion given to us in terms of features options. Installation for frameless glass shower doors were not even included in their labor charge. We have to pay extra to glass door company to do installation. They poured paint on my grass. Messed up my deck, but they agreed to cut down $300 to help restore our lawn and deck. Lesson learned is that before sign the agreement, have to fix all details, such as what kind of facets, shower system, what kind of tub, tile pattern, otherwise you would end with paying extra amount. Have to tell them dont pour paint on your lawn, dont mess up your deck. It is just not a pleasant experience so far.
