When we bought this house we told them to sell our house so we could buy this house from them. They were very honest and helpful. It has been a couple of months but we still talk to them once in a while. When we had problems with our contractors and couldn’t take it anymore we called them because we are not from California. They referred me to an attorney and were on top of things to make sure we got the help that we needed. We like the fact that they are on our side. When we were looking for a house they pointed out things by asking us to look for and watch out for certain aspect involved. It’s not just a sale because they wanted the money; that’s how they sell. They sell like they really care and got the best buy for our buck.
