Called them Friday evening since home A/C was not cooling the air. They
arranged to come out next day and gave 2hr time slot, plus they called
30mins before arrival. They quickly diagnosed faulty capacitor, replaced and checked
compressor started. 30mins start to finish.
Very pleasant, efficient and willing to explain the problem.
