This business was recommended to me by another contractor. I called them right away and got a response from a lady who sounded not interested to answer my call and when she didn't understand, maybe my pronunciation of the name I was looking for, she sounded so annoyed. After I repeated what I said, she said the person (I think the owner) was not there and told me she will just have her return my call, but did not get any. After two days, I called again and Estrella (I think this is the owner) answered the phone and I told her I was waiting for two days her call since the lady(her niece) told me she is forwarding my message to her. She apologized but she said she didn't get my message. Anyway, the reason I called again is because the other contractor who well-recommended her to me was so kind, sincere and professional and I just wished they can do upholstering,too. I was thinking I have to try this business. But so far until this writing, I never got an estimate or at least a call that they cannot do the job I was asking for. Why schedule to come to my house if they don't want my business. She just wasted my precious time!!!
Description of Work: The lady, Estrella, who I think is the owner went to measure the outdoor furnishings I wanted to reupholster and new covering for Pergola. Let me choose fabric samples and told me to that she will email me the quotations on the next day but never did after. No return calls whatsoever afterward. I TOOK MY DAY OFF THAT DAY SHE CAME TO OUR HOUSE! Btw, she came more than an hour late from the time we talked about.

I requested an estimate by email through Angie's List and followed up a few weeks later. I have still had no response and found another, excellent, company who cleaned my sofa instead - Start Fresh Cleaning. I gave them an A!

THey were helpful and knowledgeable even from the first phone call. Despite the fabric manufacturer delaying delivery, the slipcover was delivered on Thanksgiving morning to keep their promise of it being ready by then! I was very impressed. They did fail to make two pillow covers, so we had to wait another week for the second one, but that was also handled very well. Their estimates were exact and lower than other companies I spoke to. I highly recommend them.
Description of Work: They made a new slipcover for our chair and a half. They came to my home to take measurements and brought fabric samples that were absolutely perfect. Their knowledge of fabric and slipcovers was very helpful. The new slipcover fits perfectly and stays in place better than the original one.
