New Look Grout

Jeff was friendly and prompt.  Services provided helped refresh my bathroom for sale.  Jeff did a great job and provided a great value for the money.  Bathroom looks vastly improved!

They are very competent and did his work and it turned out perfect.  I am stunned.  It looks like someone put in a brand new floor and shower in our bathroom.  It was worth every penny.

He's punctual, thorough, clean, and he's an effective communicator. He gave us lots of good information about aftercare for the days following the project, and also gave us a referral to a cabinet and granite place. 

I am impressed with his work and already recommended his services to another person.

Our bathroom and kitchen were really in need of this service. The results were amazing. Even my toddler noticed how nice the bathroom looked and commented on it. Jeff went above and beyond so that everything looked perfect. He was very professional and punctual. Everything about the job went smoothly.

.The shower had been re-grouted several years ago by someone who is no longer in business and who did not do a good job! So, I was concerned that I find someone this time who could do a professional job that would last a long time. Jeff did a great job on all counts. I interviewed one other company (which probably would have been fine) but there was an extra quality in Jeff that reminded me of the "old fashioned" craftsmen of days gone by. He was very focused and took all steps of the work seriously. He answered all my questions and gave me good advice about taking care of the tile and grout to make the most of the re-grouting procedure. It was a pleasure to have found someone as professional as Jeff to do this work.

From start to finish the job went very well. Jeff was on time and professional throughout the entire process. He is also likable and tactful. The best part is my counters look beautiful. I couldn't be more pleased.

Unfortunately I needed more extensive work done and Jeff was unable to complete the job. Jeff did a great job regrouting in the master bath, but the guest bath needed to have the tiling completely redone, along with a new bathtub. i ended up needing a contractor and then I hired a tile person.

Jeff came on time to give me a bid and was very professional. I checked with other companies and contracted for his work (especially because of an Angie's List recommendation, too). He had planned on getting all of the cleaning and grouting done in one day, then come back after 48 hours to seal everything. When he showed up the first day--on time--he said he didn't have help due to one employee coming down with the flu and another had a family obligation. However, he promised to work as long as it took to get the job done. He worked for 2 long days (vs the 1 he had planned on) to do the prep work, cleaning, and grouting. He found an unexpected problem with some rotting in one area between kitchen sink and counter; also, some loose wall tiles in one of the bathrooms. He disclosed these problems and fixed them without saying, "I didn't expect to find these problems so I will have to charge you more." He came back on a Sunday--again, on time--to seal everything. I never expected the tiles to ever look so clean and the grout so white. I can not recommend Jeff enough. I would use his service again and plan to recommend him to my friends.

Our kitchen sink was in desperate need of re-grouting. Jeff was great. He was responsive, punctual, cleaned up after himself and did a very nice job. We would definitely use him again.

Jeff was pleasant and unassuming. He did exactly what he said he would. and, he cleaned up after the work was complete.

I am extremely pleased. He was meticulous about matching the existing grout color, workmanship excellent, cleaned up when finished. Showed up on time and the price was very reasonable.

It went very well, we have a lot of grout given the design of the floor. There is also a lot of grout on the counter. They had to do multiple coats on the counter, as we changed the color from gray to white. They gave me an estimate of 2 men working it would take about seven hours. It ended up taking 8 1/2. They both worked hard during the entire time.
