Internet Service
I called Netgear's technical support and they told me initially it was going to be a 1x free call and then after that there would be charges. Shortly after, I got a bill for $121 for the service. I called in once and they said it would be taken care of, but I got another bill in the mail and I made another call and they said that I would be forced to pay. I just gave up and got a different router. I had to go out and buy another router instead of dealing with Netgear.
