NATURALLY CLEAN

Luz and Richard are very pleasant and i was completely comfortable having them work in my house whether i was or not. They are courteous and kind. Naturally Clean cleaned my 2400 sqft house for over a year, in the beginning three cleaners would do the job but then it was just two. I was satisfied in the beginning but then the work wasn't as good. Everything was dusted but more care/extra scrubbing needed to be done on the floors and bathrooms. I paid extra for the floors to be vacummed and mopped but would often find areas that were missed. I also found that under the furniture was often not done even though i asked for this specifically. They would put everything back where i found it and were very pleasant.

Richard and Luz cleaned my house every two weeks from June 16 through Sept 4. In the beginning I was pleased. However, my pleasure at the light scent of their products changed to concern as the house was becoming less and less clean overall. The vital ingredient missing was ELBOW GREASE and also lack of proper equipment. The linoleum in the kitchen, which was a problem in two small areas, grew to include the entire floor. Twice they promised they would "work at it bit by bit," with no results. I had to let them go. In an email to me, Luz promised to pay for part of the now necessary stripping of the linoleum, indicating the check for $25 would arrive in 5 to 6 weeks; I still haven't received it -- more than 16 weeks later.

They used all natural products and they brought their own. They are very earth conscious. They will use their products if you want them to though. It was a husband and wife team who came out for free consultation and to give an estimate. They did not go over the quote. They'll do anything you want them to and they make arrangements accordingly. They also do move ins and move outs, if your looking for a one time service. They are in demand.

They are completely trustworthy and reliable. Their cleaning is quite up to par.

We found that we had to call them more than once before speaking with someone in person. My husband left two messages before I called and spoke with a person. However, once we spoke with them, they were prompt, responsive, and did excellent work.

Naturally Clean did a good job. Their dusting was excellent and the house smelled great. The only issue I had was the hardwood floors behind the couch were not well cleaned. I received an email a few days after the cleaning to followup and when I told them about the floors I was hoping they would offer to come clean what I felt they missed.

Richard called me right away and came over with his wife Luz to give me an estimate. We settled on a date and time in the coming week. Richard called once to tell me a client had canceled and they could come 2 hours earlier, which was good for me so I agreed. They arrived exactly on time and brought Yolanda to help. I had mentioned when they came to do the estimate I wanted my home office cleaned first so I could get back to work and they remembered without my having to remind them. The team cleaned for 3 1/2 hours (my house hadn't been really cleaned in a long time) and did a great job, I am very happy with their work. They are all very nice personable people and I enjoyed having them in my home.

It was great from the initial estimate to the actual cleaning. They were very professional and did a thorough job.

They replied promptly to my initial call and came the next day to give an estimate. They base their rates on the number of rooms and amount of work to be done. They answered all our questions and provided an exact written estimate for both the initial cleaning ($97) and subsequent monthly cleanings ($79). They provide all their own equipment/supplies, unless the client prefers otherwise. We made an appt. for initial cleaning the next week. They showed up on time and completed the work in less time than they had originally estimated. Everything looked very good!

We had been looking for a natural cleaning service because we have a toddler and for environmental considerations. Naturally Clean is a husband and wife team, and I had a really good feeling about them from the first time we met for the estimate. Naturally Clean did not charge extra for their first time cleaning (like many services do), and they were here for more than 2 hours, taking care of what our previous weekly cleaning service had missed. They've cleaned the house twice now, and they bring a third partner with them who is just as wonderful as they are. Both times, the house has been absolutely spotless, and does not smell like chemicals - it just smells clean! Unlike other services, they actually move things to clean thoroughly, and they put everything back exactly where it was (e.g., wastebaskets, objects, etc.). Although we've just gotten started with them, we would definitely recommend them to anyone looking for friendly, professional, and conscientious housecleaning service.

I am pleased with their work and plan to schedule once a month.

Luz and Richard came for an initial cleaning for $135. Monthly fee will be $90. Luz gave made me feel comfortable right away over the phone; and they were both very organized and professional during the estimate and first cleaning. They are in demand, so I needed to set up an appointment a bit in advance. They came when promised and were prompt. Richard, Luz, and a helper were all very nice, respectful, and seemed honest and conscientious. I've had services before who seem ok at first, and then helpers are questionable / borderline scary on subsequent visits. I don't think this will happen with them. They did everything as promised, and then some. Richard spent a serious amount of time working to remove rust stains and mineral deposits from the shower floor; Luz was on her hands and knees drying the hardwood to make sure we didn't slip; the house smelled great when they were done (no awful bleach smell). And I felt great knowing we didn't harm the environment!

Great, the house was clean, no unpleasant smells from cleaning products. No damage or evidence of roughness (a problem with a previous cleaner). They are quiet and polite, and showed up exactly at the agreed-to time.
