If you ever want to make a formal complaint about a mortgage company, go online and find the Division of Finance and Corporate Securities office located within your state and talk to a Securities Mortgage Lender and ask who regulates the company with whom you would like to file a complaint about. You should be able to handle it from there. These lenders just think they can do whatever they want to do. It's wrong!
