NAILLON PAINTING

Was professional and did very good job. Easy to work with but pricing on the higher side of bids. Have used many times for painting needs. Does clean work with very good painters.

We did a pretty extensive renovation of our kitchen and I had a fabulous general contractor. Every individual that was sub contracted to work on our project was excellent. Unfortunately, the painter was not part of the quote. We had a tight timeline and Naillon happened to be on my general contractor's contact list and he asked us to call this company along with several others.
Dealing with Naillon was a nightmare. He was unprofessional , a liar and a complete cheat. His quote included paint and materials but he ended up using all my left over paint (which was three tubs full) for the project and "refused" to deduct the materials from the original quote. He did not even leave anything for touch up and did not return my call or emails for weeks after I asked him to adjust the quote as he had used my materials after all.
Naillon accused us of being cheap and low balling him and this was a deliberate lie. I never once negotiated his price after getting a quote and was very professional in dealing with him. I spent close to $70k on my kitchen and $1700 was a drop in the ocean compared to the overall cost. What this guy failed to realize was that he lost repeat business with me thanks to his lack of integrity which I value immensely in a contractor.
We have worked with several contractors but I have never once had an experience as bad as this.
I use Angie's List and would love to share my feedback with others so they can avoid this company. I am certain that Naillon will try to defend himself by posting a counter but please don't believe anything he posts.Go check Yelp for bad reviews. I wish I had done so sooner.

Mark is great to work with. He was recommended by my contractor. I didn't get any other bids so I don't know if his price is good. I got an estimate by email and once i said i would do the job, depending on their workload, they were at the house the next day or 1-2 days after. They completely covered the floors or area of work. The team was great to work with. I would ask them to do a small patch on the wall and they would do it, no compaints. They would usually finish in 2-3 days since I did the painting in stages. They cleaned up after they were done. I would definitely hire them again for any painting needs.

These guys are very professional and provide top-notch service. They were very flexible to work around our contractor during remodel, and considerate of our living spaces. Beautiful, flawless job and we will definitely use them again!
