Tony underbids, and then later goes back and changes the job, charging more.
We were getting a fuse box put in, and he said that we could put it in the laundry room, no problem. The day that it came time to install it, Tony came back and said that it "wasn?t code", which would cost us more money, since we were moving farther from our kitchen.
His nephew was the one that did the work though, and he was excellent.
