Andrew and Victor were very professional and a delight to work with. We were very impressed with the way they worked inside the house -- they were considerate and remarkably clean. The work involved uninstalling a toilet in order to get at a sewer-line blockage, and they were able to answer all our questions about what to do next and what to watch out for. We would definitely hire this company again.

It was good. They are clean. The price was a bit expensive. And I hope I won't hire the m again in the future because I am expecting that there will be no problem anymore in all the pipes, but when it's needed I will hire them again surely in the future.

Mr. Reliable plumbing and heating responded promptly, had fair prices and did excellent work. In particular, I like to commend Efren and Art. Both did excellent work and had good solutions for some of the problems we encountered. The cost figure below is essentially for 2 big jobs.

"Art" @ Mr. Reliable was just an "A" list Serviceman. Prompt, strong knowledge, very professional, strong follow-up and communication skills. I've had a few different reps look at this machine in recent years and no one hit the nail on the head like he did. He diagnosed quickly and managed warranty with the OEM. The part needed to be ordered so there was a delay in the repair. He kept strong communication with me throughout, fought through some inventory challenges with suppliers, pursued options and had the right pair for the final repair just a few days later. Can's say enough about him. Thanks Art & Mr. Reliable !

I loved it! They are such good people, both the office staff and the owner and his son who came to do the work. I felt very comfortable with their customer service and they got me scheduled right away. The work was done so quickly and they were particular about keeping things clean and cleaning up after themselves. I thoroughly enjoyed the whole process! This review describes in detail the poor service and questionable pricing schemes experienced with Mr. Reliable Plumbing and Heating. Tony, the plumber said that he was going to tighten the faucet and apply plumber's putty. Although he did tighten the kitchen faucet, he did not apply the plumber's putty. To tighten the faucet under the sink, he charged me $ 172.00 without a discount. Then he suggested I replace the cold and hot water multi-turn stop( $64.17 for a pack of 5 at Home Depot) which he was going to charge me $310.00. However, he did give me a senior discount. I ended up paying $400.00 for the two things mentioned above. While he was working in the kitchen, he brought mud to the kitchen floor and kitchen rug which I had to clean and wash. Before he left, the sink appeared to be free from leaking. However, in less than 24 hours, it started leaking again. I called the office to request for another plumber but was told that no one was available except for Tony. This time he came late for the appointment. He told me it was not his fault the kitchen faucet is leaking. He suggested replacing a new kitchen faucet for parts and labor with a basic and least expensive one for $716.00. When checking the actual prices of these items in the store, the basic kitchen faucet ranged between $10.00+ to less than $60.00. This would be a recurring theme, upselling pricey services well above the base cost while never completely fixing the underlying problem. Knowing the market price of these items, I again negotiated for less. However, as soon as I agreed on the price he had offered- $372.00, he abruptly said that he needed to go to his next job and he refused to do the job and left. Before he left he said no one would do it for $372.00. He also left his boss' number for me. I called his boss, Art, that very same day, but he did not reply. I called the next day again, and he finally returned my call. It was a Friday afternoon and he told me Karla, the reception, will take care of the $ 172.00 refund on Monday. Monday morning, Karla told me I will get a refund on Tuesday. To add insult to injury, Art called back and told me I will only receive $121.00 refund because I was given a big discount on $172.00. (Tony told me there was no discount on $172.00, the discount was for the parts and labor on multi-turn stop of $310.00). Ironically, this company is called Mr. Reliable Plumbing and Heating which is unreliable, unprofessional, and overpriced. Art Flores, the owner, is not working towards customers' satisfaction. He only cares about how much he was going to charge people. I feel insulted at these predatory pricing schemes and poor service.

Originally tehy could not do it the same day I called. However, they were able to accomodate me. The technician called ahead to let me know he was coming a few minutes late. Technician showed me the problem and what were my options. Very professional.

I bought a better toilet on line and needed a plumber to take out the old and put in the new with toilet and seat I ordered. There was possible leakage also. Tony of Mr. Reliable found out that the installers of the old one didn't install it correctly and it was leaking around the wax seal. He went under the house to see if it had rotted the wood foundation but it didn't. He removed the old one and put the new one in with double layer seal to be sure it wouldn't leak. He showed me how the floor was up a little but it would become OK when dried. He also took a picture of my chipped sink to get an estimate of replacing it. He gave me a senior 10% discount.

Very well. Even though they were swamped in the middle of cooling season they fit us into their schedule with only a couple weeks notice. It was the first install they've done in our complex so there was some extra work they had to do but they stuck with their quoted price. They did a great job and we are really happy. They should be coming back next week to finish up the trim I had them hold off on since I was going to be out of town. I'm very pleased with their services.

It was a very stressful night. I called them and they were the only company to say they could come in a few hours. He was very nice, stayed to get the work done, and he gave excellent customer service. He was very gentle and courteous. They even called the next day to make sure everything was still ok.

I called various plumbing companies and most couldnt give me a time until late in the day. However, one of the employees of Mr.Reliable called me back even as he was on the way to work ( it was before 8am ) . Having assured me that somebody would call me in the next few minutes, they stuck to that promise and called me and offered to move another appointment since i had my water line shut off. I was given a time of 8am and at 7:58, their van pulled up outside. Professional and personable, with a smart red uniform to boot, the two folks quickly got to work and gave a fair estimate and resolved the issue. On their way out they checked the water pressure and found it to be excessive and fixed that as well. All through this while they were happy to answer any questions even from my 4 yr old daughter . To get such a pleasant experience after a nerve wracking morning was such a whiff of fresh air. Been a while since i saw real "customer service" in action! Hands down one of the best service providers i have encountered!
