I hired Miabella to trim 3 large trees in our yard. A few days after the job, I went in the backyard to put back up our expensive copper wind sculpture and found that it was bent and wouldn't turn. I had moved it to a location away from the tree and it looks like they dropped a large branch on it. We were disappointed in how careless the workers were with the plants and yard. They trampled the daffodils, broke the support stick for a rose plant, displaced a post for the clothes lines, broke the Marguerite plant in the front yard and didn't clean up completely. Also disappointing was that they didn't follow instructions. There were branches hanging over the roof of the house in the front yard. We are disappointed that the boss, Manuel Chavez didn't come back to inspect their work. One of the workers came to the door to collect the check from my wife after they were all packed up and ready to go. They never asked (and my wife speaks Spanish) if everything was done okay. Unfortunately, she didn't check their work before giving him a check. I sent a complaint email to Manuel and 4 days later still no reply. I guess I'm going to have to take the company to small claims court.

We’re so grateful to the fabulous team at Miabella Expert Tree Service for their outstanding work in removing our 60-foot Italian Stone Pine tree last week. This was an enormous, complicated job, and the work conditions were quite difficult. The project manager, Manuel, not only gave us an extremely reasonable price, but he also provided exceptional service from start to finish. Of all the certified arborists we contacted, he was the only one who followed up on our needs and timetable. When our insurance company threatened to cancel our homeowners’ policy if we didn’t remove the tree immediately, Manuel graciously changed the work dates several times to accommodate this. His team was amazing! They drove from San Jose to San Francisco in the pouring rain and were willing to do the job between Christmas and New Year’s. Miabella got the job done impeccably in less time and with fewer men than other arborists had proposed. The quality of their work was superb! The foreman, Francisco, was excellent. Our tree was massive, with heavy limbs sprawling well beyond our small yard into three neighboring yards. We were amazed to watch the team quickly and accurately dismantle the tree, without damaging a single fence, window, or anything else. The Miabella team expertly choreographed each move with precision, skill, and speed. Perhaps the biggest challenge was getting the large, heavy pieces of tree debris to fit through a very tight easement and doorway, half the size of a normal doorframe. They were able to manage this with a resourceful “can do” attitude and great efficiency. At the end of each day, the Miabella team left the work site immaculate. We would confidently hire them again in a heartbeat. Thank you, Miabella!

Easy communications, little paperwork and straight forward scheduling. More importantly the work done is awesome.

The job went well. The workers did a good job. They cleaned up and were courteous. Has a bit of difficulty getting responses for follow up questions for the bid but they were ultimately answered.

From initial call, they were out for the estimate on Sat. Morning with a very competitive quote. When I was ready they did an excellent job on the tree, cleaned up, and left nothing on the street. They brought a chipper. Highly recommended.

Super responsive company - I called them one day, they came out the next day and gave me an estimate, and 2 days later they did the whole job (both my yard and my father's yard). They were prompt, courteous, did a great job on the yards and cleaned up thoroughly afterwards. I was so happy with their work that I have already told them I will be scheduling with them again in December. Highly recommend.

The showed up 2 minutes early and waited for the 8:00 am appointment. Started promptly at 8:00 am. Verified Gas and Electric lines. had masks on. Cleaned area and finished at 9:30 am. Manuel Chavez and his crew were a pleasure to work with. Highly recommend

In and out in an hour, and did everything I asked. Cleaned up after themselves and put everything back the way they found it. Great price too. Only quibble was that it took me a couple of tries to schedule something after we selected them.

Work is finally done. but needed repeated check and re-done.

Stump was ground but should have asked about roots. After agreeing to give them the job didn't hear anything for 3 days, I had to call them to find out what date the work would be done. I was given a day but not a time. They didn't do the stump the same day so again I had to call to find out when they would grind the stump. Communication could be better.

Miabella was great. They showed up on time, did the work without damaging anything and cleaned up all the mess. They were professional, friendly, and did a great job!

The crew came and the large dead tree was removed along with the stump. The also cleaned up and hauled away everything. They did a wonderful job! I would definitely hire them again and recommend to all my friends.

Manuel was wonderful. He had to delay the trimming for a day due to rain and commitments to other customers first. That was ok. When he was able to do the work, he did it fast and cleaned everything up. My tree was three times the size of my house and now it’s two. Excellent work and I would highly recommend him for any job.
