They do a pretty good job for the price.

They are reliable and have always been responsive and willing to pay when things have been broken or not gotten done correctly. The cleaning is inconsistent depending on which crew does the work. They do a far job of cleaning, but not in any way outstanding. Their prices are about average. They make notes every time I contact them about my preferences or complaints, but not every crew actually reads the notes. Sometimes a crew will read old notes like "please don't clean hall bathroom during remodel" and follow them even if the remodel happened two months ago.

This companies employees came out to clean and they actually swept the dirt underneath the rug. They had broke three screens to my windows while cleaning them. They had promised to send my discount tickets, however, they never did. I even wrote the corporate office and I never heard back from them either. In a phone conversation the head boss was argumentative with me and refused to give me a refund.

I was able to find this company through the local phone book. I have used this company now for five to six years now. Their employees are very good at what they do. The company employees are always on time. I am very happy with this company's services.

I WAS VERY PLEASED WITH THEIR WORK. THE WORKERS WHO CAME WERE CLEAN, COURTEOUS AND DID A THOROUGH JOB. SHOWED UP RIGHT ON TIME AS WELL. THE HOUSE LOOKED LOTS BETTER AFTER THEY LEFT.
