Barry, was fantastic! He showed up early, communicated via text or phone calls if any unexpected issues are up. He had to make several different visits to complete work. He always showed up when he said he would, was always pleasant and completed the tasks within the expected time frame. He is going to complete the remaining work upon delivery of the exterior doors.

Barry Mansker (owner and service provider) did a great job delivering a quality project that lived up to my expectations. The cost was reasonable. By comparison, a couple of handymen provided questionable low bids, while a couple of contractors provided higher bids. Barry fills a unique niche, somewhere between (typical) handymen and (standard) contractors. Unlike most handymen, he possesses a California general contractor's license.
Barry has the traits of an outstanding contractor/handyman, traits that I -- and I imagine most customers -- expect. He is knowledgeable, has a broad skill set, is responsive, diligent, punctual, professional, respectful, and reliable, and follows through on commitments. As a case in point, a modest correction needed to be made to the paint job. He arrived the very next day and corrected the problem, offering no excuses and not hemming-and-hawing about whether he was responsible. As icing on the cake, Barry is a very pleasant and humble individual, and his engineering background is impressive. He is among the best contractors/handymen I've ever hired for any project.
