Concerned about the possible El Nino storms, I contacted Steve Hunter to replace my cedar shake roof with a composite roof this past November. He did a review of my roof, and saw a couple areas of concern that should be addressed soon. He provided me a list of nearby houses he had replaced roofs on, and provided me options for the installation. He also suggested that because of his workload, that someone come over and make some repairs until the roof could be replaced. I agreed. This past week, due to extended nice weather, he asked if he could do the roof replacement early. He started work on a Wednesday, and completed the work on the following Monday. He found that the folks who had installed the gutter did not do a very good job, and suggested I replace part of the gutter, and install new brackets on the gutters. He repaired the gutters well. After all the work was complete, the inspector came by and signed off his work. The entire project went very well. Steve and his crew were quite professional. They completely cleaned up the area before they left. I would recommend Maximum Roof Care for anyone wanting roof repairs and replacement.
