We listed the house 2 years before. At this time the market dropped. At this point Bob Dudley called us and told us we should probably should just take the house off the market at this time. Two years later, when the market came back, he had us put the house back up. We sold the house within about 3 weeks after re-listing it. He also helped us find a place where we are at now. He communicated with the renting agent and did everything along the way. He goes the extra mile. He lets you know what the best thing to fix on the house is. Bob is very honest and trustworthy. We left our keys with him. He even brought his own trailer to help us with storing some home items.
