 + -1 moreI am very happy with the way all of Kurt's work turned out.
Description of Work: I had Kurt do a lot of the construction work on a 5000 sq. ft .Commercial Warehouse installing the Utilities (Water, Electrical, Sewer and Gas) and building the interior office space and bathroom. Even though it was Commercial Construction, Kurt paid a lot of attention to the details so that everything worked together very well and put a lot of thought into integrating the utility systems so that all the exposed piping and plumbing was very neatly and attractively routed and if any changes are needed in the future it will be easy to access them.

 + -1 moreMy wife chipped the tile on our kitchen counter and Mariner Construction replaced the tile so seamlessly that the repair in not at all noticeable. Mariner Construction also installed insulation in our garage. There was a nice foil covering put over the insulation to finish it nicely. This was years ago and it still looks great. Our master bathroom shower grout needed to be removed and replaced. Mariner Construction did an excellent job with exceptional attention to detail. I would highly recommend Mariner Construction for any project, big or small.

 + -1 moreKurt was hired to organize several of my closets. I had a general idea of what I wanted, but he knew what would work and what wouldn't. He came up with suggestions & solutions to help eliminate clutter and make the most of the space I had. I found his knowledge to be very helpful and absolutely love my new organized closets! On a separate occasion, Kurt came back to install special lighting in my vanity area. I wasn't able to find what I was looking for in the stores, so when I told Kurt what I really wanted, he helped me pick out and customize the lights so that when he installed everything, it fit the specific area perfectly. He just seemed to make it simple and installed everything with ease. The custom lightening makes a world of difference in my daily ritual of getting ready. I won't hesitate to hire Marriner Construction when it's time to remodel my bathroom. I know that kitchen and bathroom remodeling is his specialty. And now that I know what wonderful work he does, how responsive he is (to my calls, emails & texts), and how he finishes his jobs on time, as promised, I'll hire him back without hesitation and with total confidence.
