EXCELLENT! MARK SNOW IS VERY FRIENDLY, KNOWLEDGEABLE AND WELL RESPECTED BY CITY BUILDING OFFICIALS. HE WAS THOROUGH AND WORKED WELL WITH THE CONTRACTOR THAT WE CHOSE. HE DOES BEAUTIFUL WORK AND HAS MANY REFERENCES.
