Mark Yauk is the owner. He always gives me the choice to get whatever I want, so I bought the supplies. I paid about $880 on the work he did and that included him taking the carpet out, scraped all the glue and took all out and it is more difficult because it is screwed in and glued in. He cleaned that all that out and put a soft barrier and trimmed everything. With tile it is extremely difficult to do, plus with a border. I am from the east cost and I am very detail oriented and there are so many carpenters from the town I came. He is personable and starts work at 9.30 and not 7.30. He is clean and very good. He cleans up after himself and his workers are reliable. I have used them for the last 7 years. He is an extra birth and will talk and will finish work on time. His assistant is Jason and he is fantastic and both of them work well together.
