Excellent work, punctual, easy to work with, very responsive.  What more could I ask for?  They were great!

The cleaning ladies cleaned a vacant rental unit from top to bottom. They were punctual, came prepared (for the most part) and provided great work for the price. They are detailed oriented and work hard at ensuring the customer is satisfied with the work. They seem to be in high demand (a good thing) which required scheduling the work a few days in advance, but were punctual for our appointment.

I need to downgrade their rating to a B as they have broken things 3x in our home. A window blind cord; my wheel of son's bed that it's on, & an expensive crystal singing bowl. However, they have offered to pay for the items in full, & have been more careful since then. However, still quite timely, good about using natural products or my own cleaning products & conscientious w/ the cleaning. Also quite professional about their communication w/ me if they are late or need to change the appointment (which rarely happens). I'm bummed myself about downgrading the rating as they are good ladies & really are trying their best; however, I need to be honest about their service. My other last cleaning service didn't even communicate w/ me when they decided to quit on me; so I think this service is pretty good for the price.

I really liked that they were very caring, because I have a broken neck. Thats why I had to call because I can't get the house cleaned myself, and they were just so sweet. Unfortunately they broke things, so I did not call them back. I paid $75 but I also paid them a $100 top before I found out they broke things. They broke a light switch connected to our bed. I feel bad about not using them again in the future.

The spend about two hours and the work has been very good. The amount of work they do is great and it is very thorough. They are short though, so they can't reach high places like windows, etc.

She has been great, she has decent prices and cleans quite well and in a timely manner. I recommended her to a friend who has recommended her to another friend, too. She is great.

On time for both appointments. Excellent job in the cleaning. I'm picky about what to use to clean and there are some things i don't want cleaned. They were able to follow my directions correctly and efficiently and knew to ask questions if they were unsure about what I wanted. I have hired them for my regular housekeeping service.

Excellent. Isela was recommeded by my gardener's sister-in-law; she came with her partner Maria. They took close to 4 hours to clean my home for the 1st time. They got to places that my last cleaning service never got to, like bath tub door rail corners, tops of cupboards & the fridge. They are really conscientious, taking care to use natural cleaning supplies when my own supplies are lacking. My home smells fresh & clean, yet not overpowering from cleaning fumes (family has allergies). Highly recommend!
