Marco showed up over an hour late for the appointment. He looked at the material I needed to haul away and he gave me a quote. We agreed to the price (with a handshake) and he said he another small job to do first but that he would come back and take care of this later in the day. Later in the day he called me and said that the load was bigger than before when he quoted me and that he would need more money to continue. I told him it was impossible the load was bigger because no one had been there since he left the first time, and there was no more material to add to the pile. He insisted and I told him to forget it. I really hate when providers play that bait and switch game. Much better to be up front from the beginning. I would not use this guy.

Marco is always very responsive and he comes to help me right away, if he's able to squeeze me in, even when I call him at the last minute, and even for a small job. If he's running late (which is usually because I've called him at the last minute for something and he's tagged me on to the end of his day's work), he always lets me know.
He's always careful and extremely conscientious; he double-checks with me to be sure he's doing things the way I want them done (like pruning/shaping, etc.).
Marco is personally on the job (he doesn't just send people out to do the work for him).
I am about as picky as anybody could possibly be about my garden, my trees and other plants, and my yard in general, and I've found Marco to be reliable, trustworthy, and reasonable. He does things the right way. I will be calling him to help us at our new house, too.

We had previously used Marco for a hauling project and had been very satisfied with him.
For this project, Marco was very responsive over the phone and by email.
He quickly came out to give an estimate, though he ran late to arrive.
He was very courteous and attentive to understand what we wanted done, and he asked good questions. He submitted a bid that night that included labor, disposal fees, and materials fees (drain rock).
We thought the bid was a little on the high side, but ultimately ended up with a satisfactory price.
His workers showed up on time in the morning and quickly went to work.
They did a beautiful job! The area is now very clean and they did exactly what we envisioned. Marco arrived later to review the work and make sure it was what we wanted.
We're very pleased with the service and wouldn't hesitate to call on them again.

We needed to remove heavy old sofa from condominium apartment on the 7th floor. We found this company through the Angie’s list. Marco with his co-worker came to help very quickly and removed this heavy piece of furniture efficiently. They cleaned after their work, and we were very grateful for their friendliness and efficiency. We do recommend his company for this type of services.

Marco arrived early, assisted in gathering all items needing to be removed and quickly loaded all items for removal.

The came over the weekend, provided an estimate and did the job. I'd use them again.

We had initially hired Marc and team to haul some junk out of our side yard. He mentioned then that he also did yard work. He had done such a thorough and tidy job, we asked him to come back to fix our sprinkler system. He fixed broken pipes, put the right sprinklers where they were needed, changed the lines so the pressure for each zone was right. Some of this we didn't even know was a problem, but when he mentioned, we wanted to get fixed. He also set the sprinkler system so that each zone was getting the right amount of water rather than everything getting the same amount of water (i.e., lawns more than plants/bushes). In addition to fixing the sprinkler system, his crew did a lot of yard clean up, i.e., pulling out dead bushes, trimming, thinning, etc. They did such a great job on that (which we hadn't expected), that we had them come back and do some more. Our yard has seriously not looked this tidy in years! We're very happy with the professionalism and Marc's ability to deliver beyond expectations. We'll use them again!

Marco was very attentive to detail and extremely professional. He demonstrated a very strong work ethic and a desired to make his client happy and pleased with the work performed. I ended up adding a small bonus to the payment as I was very pleased with his services and would use him again.

Marco arrived promptly and I was immediately impressed with how courteous and professional he was. I showed him what needed to be hauled away and him and his partner quickly hauled the stuff outside from the garage to his truck and even swept up afterwards which I was not expecting but a pleasant surprise. My husband and I are so pleased with his professionalism that we will be calling him back again and will surely recommend.

Marc came by the same day we called for a quote. The price was good and he was available to haul out the stuff right then, so we went ahead. He and his brother hauled everything out to their truck, being careful to confirm items they were unsure about, then swept out the area when they were done. Once complete, they double-checked to make sure we were satisfied that they had everything. They were in and out in around 30 min.

The reason I kept calling Marco back to contribute to the landscaping project was his professional attitude and the fact that he could deliver people who could do what said they could do, at the agreed on time. And they worked well with the entire team. So we got the project done on schedule, without headache.

I called Marc about 11:00 am and explained to him what I needed done. He came to my residence at 1:00 pm ready for work. We walked through the yard and I pointed out what I needed hauled away and he gave me a price quote of $400.00. I agreed. He and 2 helpers began to break down old furniture and other items and load them in his truck. After about an hour and a half he completed loading all of the rubbish. He then proceeded to clean up the rest of the yard, pation etc raking leaves and sweeping. As far as i am concerned, he went above and beyond what had asked to be done. I was very impressed. He was able to load what would have been 2 truckloads into one load by breaking down each piece of the large items that needed to be hauled away. He and his assistants were very pleasant and helpful throughout the entire process. I have used other rubbish haulers before, but Marcs service was excellent and much more than I ever expected. He was very professional and courteous. I ended up giving him and extra $100.00 (total 500) for a job well done. I will be using Marcs service again in the near future when I clean out my 3 car garage. He also does landscaping which I will probabley also use in the Springtime.

I called Marc and he answered the phone while on the way to another job. He was very polite, understood the type of job I had in mind (demo and hauling), and was interested in doing that type of work. He said he'd stop by my home that evening to give me an estimate.

He was late arriving to give the estimate. He did leave me a phone message to let me know that his previous job had run late. When he did arrive, I showed him the scope of work and he gave me a bid. His was the first bid I received, so I wanted to think about it. (I had previously talked to and quot;Junk Kingand quot;, but they don't provide a bid until they are out at your place ready to do the job. I preferred someone who would provide a price in advance.)

Since Marc had excellent reviews on Angie's List, my wife and I decided the price seemed fair and gave Marc the go-ahead over the phone. In every conversation I had with him, he was exceedingly polite, considerate, and accommodating.

On the day of the job, he was also late. He called about 15 minutes late to let me know he was going to the dumps to take care of his previous day's job, and that he'd arrive about an hour late. That was acceptable to us, and he did show up around the revised time.

He and two helpers spent 3+ hours taking care of the disassembly and removal of our and quot;junkand quot;. They were quiet, careful and tidy. They had to hack away at some overgrown brush to get at the junk, and they put the brush with our yard clippings. They took care to protect our walkway as they hauled stuff out. When he told us they were finished and invited us to come check the work, we were delighted! They did a very thorough job and cleaned up the area very well. It met our desires completely.

Overall, we are delighted with our interactions with Marc and with his work. Although he was late for our meetings, I think he's juggling multiple jobs and trying to keep people happy, and he was good about calling us to let us know of delays. We would definitely hire him again.
