Lucia provided a lot of excellent suggestions in both remodeling projects. She helped us pick out granite and tile. She even went out of her way and went with us to pick out paint to match the granite she was installing. Her design skills are outstanding and up to date with the latest construction design trends. Moreover, Lucia's installation crew are the best we have encountered. They are very responsive, professional, show up as scheduled and perform fabulous seamless granite installations. I highly recommend Lucia to anyone working on granite projects in their home.

We called on Lucia at Marblus to install some new tile backsplash in our kitchen using custom handmade
tile from Fireclay Tile in San Jose.  What a terrific experience.. the finished tile work was above and beyond
our expectations and it came out absolutely super.  Very impressive.  Her tile team was so responsive and
accommodating and the attention to detail was refreshing.  My wife and I are very pleased with the end
result and will definitely call on Lucia and her team when we set up our next tile project!

Lucia was so excited to do work that was out of the normal scope.  They fabricated and installed a 20 foot feature in a wall entertainment center using 3 slabs of material that turned out amazing.  They also installed a fire place feature with back-lit onyx, plus kitchen counter tops, and 4 bathroom vanities.   They were a wonderful company to deal with, neat and on time and very pleasant.  They made the customer feel they wanted to do a great job for you.    Were willing to make multiple trips and not charge extra. Only problem is reaching the owner on the phone, she has problems with the company main phone line and is slow getting back to you.

The quality of the work met if not exceeded our very high standards. Leo & Lucia were always willing to correct any problems that came up in the construction stage and of course in remodeling a 45 year old home - there are always lots of unknowns when starting a construction project.  The bottom line is that the project turn out exactly the way I have imagined, I'm delighted with my new kitchen. Thank you Marblus :-)   We would recommend Marblus Granite & Tile to friends and family.  In fact if we plan any further construction work we will call  them again. They pay attention to detail and have excellent workmanship all of those qualities helped my project be a success!

I have worked with Lucia and Leo at Marblus for at least 5 different projects now, and have recommended them to friends who have also used them. I originally found them when i was completing a re-build of my home in 2012. I used them to remodel 4 bathrooms and my kitchen as well as tile in the entry way. For that project i got multiple bids because the scope of the work. I was pleasantly surprised that they gave the best service during the proposal/quote portion, and were not the highest price! 
I had such a great experience working with them on that project i have used them for rental properties and other projects since. There are a multiple points that i believe put Marblus head and shoulders above other contractors i've used. 
First, Lucia is great at listening to your vision, searching and finding the right tile, slab of granite/marble and so forth. But whats even better is she can work with you in a budget. Sure, if you have no budget its easy to build the perfect bath or kitchen, but i really respect that she can find pieces that maybe you splurge on and then finds other pieces that you can save on. 
Second, Lucia is great at the design aspect. I have never had to use an interior designer because typically i enjoy designing spaces myself. However, when working with Lucia i have really appreciated her insight and design ideas. I have also worked with her on other friends/families projects and she has taken the lead on the design front and i've been very impressed- she definitely has the eye for proportion, space and color (something you pay a lot of money for in a designer/architect) 
Third, you don't have to track anyone down. Lucia and Leo are both very professional and punctual. You won't have any issue with them not showing up or missing an appointment. If anything, you will have to change their schedule because you're waiting on other contractors to do their work. I can't tell you how valuable this is!
Fourth, they know their product. They are more than willing to do whatever you want- however, they give valuable insight about material; how it will weather, durability and so forth. While others will let you buy "the perfect slab" and then wait for you to return in a couple years because you put marble in you kitchen and its now totally ruined with oil and red wine stains, Leo and Lucia will offer to do the work, but will warn you that you might want to consider......
Fifth, they stand by their work and their products. You aren't going to have problems with tile being laid crooked or granite being mis-cut. I have never had any issues, but i from the customer service i have received, i feel very confident they would "make-it-right".
I could go on and on but i hope the above review gives you an idea of why i wouldnt recommend anyone else!

It went wonderfully. They were terrific. Our fireplace people recommended them and I went down there and the place is hard to find but the people are wonderful and just very accommodating. I chose the granite and everything but they're waiting to come out. I was very impressed with them. They're easy to work with and they're pleasant and professional. I also looked on reviews for them and all the reviews that I read are really high which was comforting before I used them. So far, they have an A. I have a feeling they're reasonable and very competitive just because they don't have a big fancy showroom and I feel like I'm going right to the source then they don't have to pay for rental for a big fancy showroom. The place where they show their stuff is where they make their stuff which I really like.

Each of the custom marble and granite pieces were made perfectly, as ordered.  The installations were done smoothly and professionally despite the difficulty involved in 2 of the pieces (needing 6 men to move the pieces).  They guarantee the work and have been wonderful about returning to take care of little problems that have come up.

I selected 2 small slabs of granite and had them delivered to Marblus. They came to measure the vanities and took careful measurements. I went to their shop to lay out the templates exactly where I wanted them on the 2 slabs. I was also able to have them cut the backsplashes so that the veins would continue from the counter to the wall. The work was done perfectly and the Marblus employees that we dealt with were all conscientious. The job was done on time as promised.
