MARBLE CREATIONS INC

These granite slabs were sold to us by the owner Niko and the salesperson, Natalie, as granite (Tierra Di Siena). We have an email confirming that it is granite and that the owner was aware that it was going to be installed in a kitchen.  It was also confirmed a second time when We chose the actual slabs that we would be using (5 of the 8 you had in stock) when Natalie said it was granite.
 
When our fabricator received the slabs he contacted our contractor, designer and myself and stated that it wasn?t granite and that he was sure that it was marble.  I called asking for clarification if the slabs were granite or marble and Natalie once again confirmed that it was granite.  So with that clarification we proceeded with our fabrication and installation of the granite (?).  
 
Since installation we have been dealing with etching/markings/spotting on our kitchen countertops.  We notified your company and then waited for 3 months for you to return from an extended holiday in Europe to resolve this issue.  When you finally came out to assess the problem with the granite (?) you stated that there wasn?t a proper sealer applied to the granite (?).  You then had your team come out and apply a new sealer that you believed was the proper sealer and would take care of the problem.  You solution did not work, we had alot more etching/ markings/ spotting occurring within 6 hours of the new sealer being cured.
 
Now Niko the owner of Marble creations came up with a new solution of honing the granite (?) and we found it absurd that the owner would not be taking responsibility for selling us marble instead of granite.  We have an email from Natalie that says ?although our supplier calls this granite, it?s really a granite/marble?.  And he wants to charge us another $1300.
 

Marble Creations was very easy to deal with. I needed someone to take out the old countertops and they provided me with the name of someone who could do that. Their reference was also excellent. Marble creations measured and installed the counter-tops in a professional manner and they look great. Pleasure to do business with them.

THEIR SHOW ROOM IS LIMITED, BUT THEY DO HAVE A VERY LARGE BACKYARD WHICH YOU CAN SEE A VAST SELECTION OF THEIR PRODUCTS. THEIR PRICE IS HIGHER THAN OTHER PLACES BUT YOU ARE PAYING FOR THEIR WORKMANSHIP.

MARBLE CREATIONS CAME HIGHLY RECOMMENDED BY A FAMILY MEMBER. BOTH OF OUR KITCHENS LOOK AMAZING WITH THE BEAUTIFUL GRANITE COUNTERTOPS. MARBLE CREATIONS HAD A FANTASTIC SELECTION OF SLABS TO CHOOSE FROM. THE PRICE WAS GREAT AND THE SERVICE EVEN BETTER. THEY HELD MY SELECTION UNTIL I WAS READY TO HAVE THE COUNTERTOPS INSTALLED. THE INSTALLERS WERE PROFESSIONAL AND ON TIME TO MEET THE SCHEDULE OF MY KITCHEN REMODELING PROJECT.

THEY WERE BY FAR THE MOST COMPETITIVELY PRICED. VERY PROFESSIONAL IN TAKING ACCURATE MEASUREMENTS. WHEN THE GRANITE SLAB CAME IN IT WAS NOT EXACTLY THE SAME PATTERN WE HAD SEEN AND THEY CALLED US TO COME LOOK AT IT BEFORE THEY JUST WENT AHEAD AND CUT IT, TO MAKE SURE IT MET WITH OUR APPROVAL.
