I called them to ask for an estimate and after setting an appointment (the time and day which was more favorable to them) they did not show up. They did not even bother to call and inform us of what's going on. When we called them to ask if they were on their way, it was quite obvious that they totally forgot about the appointment and to make matters worse, the person who answered the phone sounded like he just woke up. Nevertheless, he said he needed another hour or so because of traffic and so on and so forth. I then decided I do not want to have these people work on my lawn and backyard.

MY OVERALL EXPERIENCE IS GREAT WITH MANUEL. HE IS VERY RESPONSIBLE AND PROFESSIONAL, I HAVE RECOMMENDED HIM ON MANY OCCASIONS TO SEVERAL PEOPLE. TRY HIM YOU WON'T BE SORRY.
