Manny's Handyman Service

I just spent $700 having everything repaired. The master bedroom door wouldn't latch all the way and there were divots in the floor from when they brought the doors up the stairs. I replaced the damaged tiles & had a handyman redo the latch on the door.

I found them on Angie's List and he really came through on a crisis. They seem to be reasonably priced and he got the job done. I have no issues with the work he did on the security doors. He was there at the time it mattered to me.

The front door was kicked in Thursday evening.  I got a call from Manny immediately and he was able to schedule us for the next morning. He offered advice on securing the door overnight until he could come. He coordinated well with my tenants in the house and scheduled and completed the necessary repairs that Friday, sending me pictures before and after.  When we discuss the painting afterward, he recognized that I might not be understanding what he was suggesting. He immediately sent me pictures so that it was clear what proposed and I could explain what I wanted.  The finish work was completed a week later.  The front of the house looks great and, more importantly, the residents feel secure. I don't have a lot of experience to compare prices and I may have paid more than market for the initial repair but I was happy to have a quick competent, response to the security part of my problem.
