Pros:
- Come on time within a window timeframe you select
- Work is usually thorough (a couple of times things were missed but they followed up to resolve)
- They take feedback seriously
- Fast and Efficient! They do not chat with each other while cleaning, they are so focused and work hard to be efficient.
- There is no chemical smell left behind
Cons:
- more pricey than other services
- a couple of times they were not thorough and missed cleaning parts of the countertop or the cloths they used left behind link/dirt (but this has been fixed through feedback!).

A house the size of yours would require 8 hours for a first visit cleaning. You decided prior to cleaning not to have the oven cleaned. We do guarantee our cleanings had you called us we could have corrected an area that was not completed to your satisfaction, Please call me, I'd like to try to rectify this situation."
I have tried not to expect as much since I have become unable to do my own cleaning, but, considering the cost, I thought I might be more pleased.
I chose this company because they use green, environmentally friendly cleaning aids. I have asthma aggravated by harsh chemicals.
That aspect was good.
