That day, there was an email with a report of items that need repair. The report was very detailed and included photos.

I called the Magnum office thinking that I needed a "home inspection". When Ken arrived (a bit early) , he explained that a home inspection didn't really fit my goals. He ended up doing a visual inspection inside and out, answered all my questions or referred my to the correct specialty for each problem, and inspected the crawl space under the house. Through-out he was pleasant, professional, and patient.
He spent time explaining the issues he saw under the house, answered my questions, and a day or two later sent a complete report listing each issue and its probable implications, with color pictures of each problem. And he charged way less than the home inspection price that I had originally agreed to.
I would definitely call Magnum when I do need a home inspection and I recommend Ken highly.

Ken did a fantastic job. He spent 4.5 hours inspecting our 2,500 sq. foot house, including the roof. Ken is very thorough, knowledgeable of how things should be according to the codes, easy to communicate with, and patiently responded to the ton of questions I was asking him. The inspection report came in very detailed with photos and specific recommendations (including things that should be further inspected prior to the removal of the loan contingency). Ken was also readily available and helpful in follow-up phone calls. Highly recommend.

It was excellent. He was very professional. He explained what he was doing the whole time. He is also certified. He pays a lot of attention to detail in the inspection. He pointed out things that he thought weren't quite right in the house. He was also very friendly and open to questions we had for him.

Ken Collins is really, really good. They are the most thorough property inspection company I have used. They are extremely professional, and I could not be happier with them.
