Carpet Cleaning
They were pretty flexible when I needed to change the date of the appointment and were on time. The carpets were cleaned quickly and looked good afterward. However, they seemed to take a long time to dry- over the 6-8 hours more than Magic Steam estimated. Will probably use them again.

It was a completely positive experience. They were able to accommodate my schedule and they stayed in touch about arrival times. The carpet was well-cleaned.

MY EXPERIENCE IS ALWAYS GOOD WITH MAGIC CLEAN. THEY COME IN ONE DAYS NOTICE FOR EMERGENCY SITUATIONS. THEY HAVE ALWAYS BEEN ABLE TO REMOVE ANY STAIN AND THEY DO A GREAT JOB ON JUST CLEANING CARPET AS WELL.

This company comes in about every 3-4 months to clean our carpet. The service they provided for my carpets was excellent & they always do a quality job when they come. I am happy with the quality, price, response time, & professionalism that I have received from this company. I will continue to use them.

MAGIC STEAM WAS ON TIME, VERY PROFESSIONAL AND DID AN EXCELLENT JOB. THEY GOT OUT STAINS THAT I DID NOT THINK THEY WOULD. THEY ALSO SOLD ME A PRODUCT TO REMOVE STAINS AND ODORS WHICH I HAVE SINCE USED AND IT IS FANTASTIC.
