I love Lumber Liquidators but I was not totally satisfied with the installer that they had. I wrote a complaint and they have to come back and fixed it and I didn't think they did such a great job when they fixed it. I remember that their pricing was very reasonable. I might have them again but I would need to be much more specific. I've installed wood floors and so what they did, I know can be done differently and better and we listened to what they said, we took them as for them being professional and I did not like the way that they did it, that they told us that that was the way that it was professionally done. The results I got were not up to the standards, as a matter of fact, everyday I look at my floor I am mad because they came back and fixed it but they didn't put enough glue down so there is all these creeks and then there are holes on the sides of the boards and they didn't bought them together close enough and so, there were gaps so they filled it but everyday I look at it and I'm like "I'm so irritated with these people".

The wood is shipped to each location. The wood is beautiful. We had our living room, dining room, hallway, steps, and two closets done. We wanted 5" planks, but then only 4" planks were provided. Personnel at the San Jose location do not always answer the phone or return phone calls.
