They delivered and we installed it ourselves. There was some confusion on the delivery day because they called us and told us they couldn't deliver our stuff because they didn't have it, when in fact, it was all grouped together in their warehouse with our name on it. When they delivered it, they didn't bring some of the other components that were needed. They were late but they were in the ballpark.

A competitor was very difficult with financing, so we switched to using Lowe's. They were easy to use. They were willing to help me buy something from their online store while I was in the store. They took time with me and were patient.

They had lack of integrity. They were dishonest with me. They told me that it was a brand new dishwasher, but it was used. The sent the refrigerator without the box. The third time, it had a box, but it was a wrong cover. It should have been a five-day order, but it took two and a half months.
