I talked to Nicki about replacing the windshield and she gave me a very good price (I assumed my insurance would not cover this initially) at about 50% of what I could find in Danville. My insurance agent called and said that I had the glass breakage coverage (I would highly recommend this in CA) and that all costs would be covered for OE glass. My agent called Nicki on Monday the 7th in the morning and my glass was there when I arrived at 1:00. I was out the door by 2:15. Excellent service and the tech took care with my beige interior and covered surfaces he might get dirty with painters tape. I would highly recommend this company.

Had an appt. @0900 this morning (02/14/14). They took vehicle directly into garage and had it done in one hour. Repairmen/customer service all most friendly and easy to do business with. Very professional! We'll have to wait 'n see how the back window survives the next rainstorm, but since they gave us a lifetime guarantee, I'm not too worried. Don't think I could have done any better anywhere else, as far as $$ is concerned,either.

Called before to make sure they had the correct windshield. Windshield installed in less time than they said. Clear directions given to let adhesive cure.

I called first to get quotes and then set up an appointment; but then I called and made an insurance claim. The insurance company mandated a different type of glass, which took a little longer to get. I only paid my deductible. I waited while they worked and it didn't take too long. I think they told me it would take 90 minutes, but it took less time than that. I used their WiFi while I waited.
The work was well done and I haven't had any problems since.

I called and spoke with Nikki, asking if they had PPG glass (someone told me it holds up better than others). She said they could normally get it, but since it was Saturday, some of her vendors were closed. She called me back in about 10 minutes and said she could get it on the next weekday, but if I wanted AP Tech glass, she could get that today. I opted for that. When I arrived, maybe 90 minutes after calling, they were all ready for me. I showed them a few problems from the last windshield repair including how the rear view mirror was too high. They ended up fixing that so I concluded that the last place just mounted it incorrectly. I sat in the office and used their WiFi while they completed the job in less than an hour. Everyone was courteous, friendly and I believe I got a fair deal. I believe cheaper glass was also available, as I know someone with the same car who paid $150 at the same shop a week or so ago.

HAD A GREAT EXPERIENCE AT LOW PRICE AUTO GLASS!! I CALLED THEM ON A WEDNESDAY FOR A SIDE PANEL OEM GLASS FOR MY MERCEDES WITHIN A DAY THEY HAD THE GLASS AND IT ONLY TOOK THEM 45MINS TO INSTALL!!! VERY FAST AND QUALITY WORK. THERE COST WAS $70 CHEAPER THE OTHER AUTO GLASS COMPANIES I CALLED.

On a weekend my windshield was replaced.

A phone call confirmed that they had my windshield in stock and was given a quote. They said it would take about an hour and to come in any time (they don't make appointments). Being open on Saturdays made it very convenient, and they were done when they said they would be.

The phone inquiry was effective and efficient. The person on the phone said they could replace the window with a couple of hours notice for $120 and the repair should take less than an hour. I scheduled for the next morning and when I showed up, although the shop was busy, they started the repair immediately. About half way through the installation, they pointed out that the rubber seal around the window was showing some signs of poor sealing and attributed it to a cheap OEM seal and possibly damage from the break in. Although I asked about replacing it, they did not say it was necessary unless the seal leaked. The car was finished in under 45 minutes and the interior was thoroughly vacuumed as part of the repair. The quote was what I paid, $120, they did the job in a timely and professional manner.

Called for a price and was informed that they had a windshield in stock and could do it now. I arrived 35 minutes later and the windshield replacement took 30 minutes. Very efficient and professional. Great service.

I called for a quote to replace a windshield on a Toyota minivan, and Sam informed me the part was in stock and that it would be a 45 min installation. I came in the next day and 45 min later I was on my way, no problems or hassle. You have to appreciate a business the say what it does, and does what it says. And for the price, that is the icing on the cake.

Sam and his crew give you good service and an outstanding value. I have used them twice. They were efficient and professional. He charged me $120. He seems like an honest and hard working man. I waited for about 15 minutes for them to start working on my car and took another 25 minutes to install. I was fine with it. I got a chance to catch up on my reading. The price and service were excellent. No mobile service and not a shiny office but for 1/2 the price and great service, it was worth the drive. They knew I was price sensitive, so they checked on an even cheaper alternative but it didn't work out, but they went out of their way to help me.
