Eric was very knowledgeable about how to remove bamboo, that was growing out of control on my hillside. He had two suggestions and was knowledgeable about the risks for one of them, which allowed me to reach out to the geologist for advice. We went with the second recommendation. Our old sprinkler system was in serious need of repair. We had low pressure in some areas and were receiving error codes in others. Victor came out for an estimate within a couple hours of our first communication. He checked our whole irrigation system and made recommendations for different levels of need from high priority (fixing the pressure and error codes) to lower priority (replacing and upgrading all valves and sprinkler heads). We opted for the full upgrade because we knew the system was old and subject to further leaks and issues. We now have a more efficient and easy to use system that uses smart technology. We are very happy with the work that Victor did for us! He got it done quickly and was very professional. He was punctual, friendly, and very communicative. He explained everything thoroughly and checked in throughout the project with updates and new findings (like a break in a pipe that needed repair). He left everything clean and back in place and even disposed of our old electric system for us (which was nice so that we didnâ t have to deal with e-waste). Victor finished the job by showing me everything he completed, teaching me how to use the new system, and talking about his short term and long term follow up plans to make sure everything is working properly. The price seemed very reasonable, especially considering everything he did and on such short notice. The whole process, from the first call to the job being complete, was just 48 hours and we couldnâ t be more grateful! Thanks to Victor, we finally have the opportunity to get our yard back into shape!!
