Super, excellent. There were two workers, but I was not home when they did it. Took a week to complete. The area was cleaner than I had it cleaned. The quality of the product.

On the initial phone call the dispatcher was helpful and knowledgeable in understanding our problem.  We scheduled an appointment for the following week.  A few hours later he called back to say that another tech was available for a visit the same day.  I agreed.  The tech was very professional.  He inspected the nest, and I showed him a dead bee that we had found.  He wanted to confirm that they weren't honey bees, because in that case the nest would contain wax and honey, which presumably would cause additional complications.  Once he confirmed that the nest contained yellow jackets, he proceeded to suit up and apply the spray and powder.  He was meticulous about treating the entire seam that they appeared to be entering and exiting.  He inspected the interior wall to make sure that the nest hadn't compromised the interior sheetrock.  After applying the powder he patiently watched the yellow jackets to make sure he had gotten the right location.  He arranged to come by in the following day or so to check that the treatment took, which he did do.  He took care to explain to us what to expect if the treatment worked (onesey-twosey dead bees, possibly), or if more treatment would be needed (continued stream of active workers).  He explained that a tech would return if the problem recurred within 30 days.  We are very happy with the excellent service.

We noticed rat droppings near our stove, had seen a flash of fur on a couple of occasions, and even heard the occasional scritch-scratching from under the stove. Since we already have some live traps from a previous, mousier visitor, I put those out with peanut butter bait and hoped for the best. But no luck. Not wanting to disconnect and dismantle the stove, and unsure of how else to trap the rat(s) without risk to our two cats, we called Little David's Pest Control.
They were polite, prompt, and seemed to know what they were doing. We tend to prefer live traps, but since ours had failed to work, we went with their suggestion of letting them placing "classic" rat traps in a few locations that were not directly accessible to the cats but which they thought would be likely travel routes for the rat(s).
After nearly a week of no progress, I finally decided to pull the stove out just enough to carefully lower a trap behind the stove, on the hypothesis that the rat(s) must be living within the stove itself, which is only accessible through a hole in the back. Sure enough, I heard a snap that very night. Hence my C rating. They were "fairly" thorough, but not enough to actually put a trap in the most effective (and, as it turns out, most pet-safe) location possible.

They were really good. It took 2 days and they dug up the hornets nest and pulled it out, and they came back and got rid of it. I liked the fact that they came out and did it twice instead of just doing it once and letting it go.

Mark Sutterfield from Little David showed up early for my appointment with him and was friendly, knowledgeable, and polite.  He looked at the wasp that was walking on the floor of my kitchen, identified it, described the likely places where it would nest, went up on a ladder to look over my roof for the actual nesting site, identified it, showed it to me, told me the cost to take care of the three nests and then donned his protective gear and took care of the problem.

I like the contractor who comes.  His name is Alex and he’s just wonderful.  He comes on a beck and call whenever I need him and he really knows his stuff.  I've had some other bug issues and he could identify them and he knew what to do.  I would high recommend Alex.  I haven't compared their prices.  Their responsiveness, punctuality and professionalism are excellent.  I would definitely continue to use them.            

I am very consistent; if I don't like them, I don't deal with them. They are very polite and very reliable. I always have the same person come and I know him and he knows me. He explains himself to me and if I need particular help, he is always available to me. Their prices are competitive with what the other people do but not cheap. I am very happy with them. We do have a pet and we don’t have anything in the area where the pet it. None of the traps are in that area; so it's perfectly safe as far as the dog is concerned. They are very open; whenever I ask a question, they answer it.

I didn’t have gophers for a while after using them. I spent about $200 on the job. I will not use them again in the future as I found another company.

The price was very reasonable for what he was doing. The experience has been real good; we just walk around and tell him what to do. He has a real nice high-pressured thing that pumps from his vehicle. We've been using him for quite a while. The quality is excellent for what he is doing, but it depends on whether it rains if it will hold. He is always professional.

They came out four times during a prescribed 30-day period. That did it. We didn't have any more infestation after that. When the period was over, they came once more to make sure everything was good.

The service solved the problem. While I thought the ants were limited to the kitchen, it turned out that we had 4 independent ant colonies around the house. He explained that the ants were attracted to each of 3 bushes which were infested with aphids and my Orange tree.

I left a message on their answering service on Sunday and Alex was here and had the nest removed by 10 a.m. Monday morning. Plus he charged me a lot less this time, apparently because of the repeat business. Excellent service.

My overall experience was good. He tried hard to get rid of the gophers, but we still have them. I think it is just a losing battle. My opinion is that the man was very nice and he tried to get rid of the gophers and also did follow ups to see if there was any improvement. I think he did a good job, but it might just be impossible to get rid of them.

LITTLE DAVID SHOWED UP ON SCHEDULE. ERADICATED OUR ANTS AND PROVIDED 1 YEAR GUARANTEE. WE HAD ADDITIONAL ANTS SO THEY RETURNED AND SPRAYED AGAIN. THEY DID A GOOD JOB.

THEY ALWAYS SEND THE SAME PERSON OUT SO HE KNOWS OUR HOUSE AND WHAT TO DO. THEY ARE CAREFUL, COURTEOUS, AND ON TIME. IF THERE ARE ISSUES, THEY HAPPILY COME BACK OUT AT NO CHARGE. EXCELLENT--WOULD RECOMMEND THEM TO ANYONE.
