Lito was recommended by my tile supplier. I went to his shop for a tour. He then came to my house to take measurements
for the installation. He provided helpful consultation and made many good suggestions. Since I was acting as my own contractor, he helped me coordinate his workscope with the work of my other subcontractors. He and his guys arrived punctually on the
appointed day with all the tile/granite cut to fit. They completed the installation within the time alloted. Perhaps stupidly on my part, the price and work had been established verbally with just a handshake agreement. When the job was finished, it looked great, and Lito stuck faithfully to the price he'd quoted. He even threw in a granite slab for a fireplace hearth in an adjoining room.

Lito did an excellent installation job. Lots of attention to detail. Excellent sense of style. He pre-cut and edged all the granite at his shop per templates that he'd cut. Made several helpful suggestions that improved the overall appeal of the finished job. His guys worked quickly and with minimal disruption. He even provided and installed a granite slab for a fireplace hearth in an adjoining room, at no extra cost. The backsplash was a tricky mixture of two types of natural stone, and he executed its installation with precision.
