Very conscientious. Wonderful service for repair or any questions about the car at all. Their hours are excellent. They will even come pick it up with no extra charge if it's not convenient to bring it in. Lovely showroom. They will give loaner cars if yours is going to be there for a few hours.

Great. It is just a bit more expensive. I use Lexus of Stevens Creek. I was there probably the summer of last year or something like that August 2015. It cost $60 but that was the dealers and them taking a look. They dropped me off at work and picked me up and that was the convenience.

It was really good. No issues at all. They performed a 75,000 mile maintenance. He fixed my car and they provided me with a rental. I am planning on getting my tires changed there as well. They are competitive on price.

Lexus of Stevens Creek does all the regular maintenance and warranty work on my GX470, I love working with them. I can book online, I get to use a regular service manager who knows me. I always get a loaner car, which keeps me productive. And the quality of their work has been impeccable. Best of all, I love getting a clean, freshly washed car back!

We love this dealership and all the people we dealt with. My girlfriend loves her new Lexus and I've tried to borrow it a few times, but she keeps saying no. Yes, they do cost more money than a Toyota or Honda, we were sold once we drive one and saw all the extra features.

They are very good overall. They really try to find out what your needs are, and to try to meet those needs. They stay with you for the whole process, and make sure that you aren't sitting alone waiting. They have free drinks and snacks in the waiting room. They also have a free training for how to use the GPS and other aspects of the vehicles. I went in for two individual trainings with the salesman we worked with. One time he was busy, and the manager himself came and did the training. They are very hands on from the top management all the way down.

I have been going there for years. I have been questioning going back there because I felt like I was being held hostage, with it up in the air and then finding out what all needed to be done and the cost of the repairs. I would probably go back again but make sure I ask a lot more questions beforehand.
